LAr. Jimmy Yau Chee Meng
Landscape Architect / Managing Director
Since 1984, LAr. Jimmy Yau has been the Managing Director of Greenville Landscape Sdn Bhd, a landscape designer & contractor firm, and obtained his qualification with the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in year 2002.
From 2002 to 2007, PDAA Sdn Bhd, an established professional landscape consultancy firm is undergoing management reorganization. LAr. Jimmy Yau was appointed as administrator with the support from the shareholders’ and directors to consolidate the company’s structure and administer consultancy projects. In addition, LAr. Jimmy Yau also undertake numerous projects under his own capacity as landscape architect.
LAr. Jimmy Yau is responsible for the administration and marketing strategies of more than 300 sizeable projects. This includes commercial buildings, office complexes, shopping centers, institution, hotels, resorts, condominiums, gated & guarded residential properties, housing estates, service apartments, town parks, model villages, boulevards, factories & bungalows. His project experiences encompass the full scope on either design and/or project implementation liaison with clients, consultants and contractors and various trade specialist.
Being among the pioneer landscape contractor in the region. This is where LAr. Jimmy Yau obtained his experiences with various architects, landscape architects/designer firms and individual in term of design concept, thematic, contract documentations and administration work. Thus, making him today very well adapt and knowledgeable to the design intend, project administration and implementation works.
Daryoush Iranmanesh
Landscape Architect / General Manager
Daryoush is an accomplished architect and landscape architect with more than 30 years of professional experience across Iran, Malaysia, the Middle East, and Africa. He holds a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Mashhad, Iran, and is a member of both the Institute of Architects Iran (AIA) and the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM).
He began his career in Iran, where he spent a decade contributing to major architectural, urban design, and landscape projects. This period established his strong foundation in conceptual design, technical detailing, and project supervision.
Since relocating to Malaysia in 2005, he has successfully managed and delivered a wide range of high-profile projects, including luxury residences, commercial developments, heritage conservation works, resorts, and large-scale recreational parks. His notable contributions include the landscape renovation of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, the Bukit Jalil City Mall (Pavilion 2), and international master plans in Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

He is highly regarded for his ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, foster strong stakeholder engagement, and deliver projects that meet both client aspirations and environmental standards.
